DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM

Le Puy du Fou is the first park in Europe and one of the best parks in the world, winner of several prizes and recognized for the quality of its breathtaking shows. But to achieve this status, the park is equipped with a solid and interactive digital ecosystem that always seeks to exceed its limits.

Thus, since 2020, I have been working alongside the park as a freelancer mainly as a UX Designer, in charge of the digital experience of digital tools. My main missions concern the entire Experience and Interaction on mobile and desktop platforms. In particular, I designed from A to Z the entirety of the application's most narrative feature, the Tour Creator.

As the first and principal UX on all Puy du Fou parks around the world, I am in charge of the digital experience across several countries, allowing me to work with international teams.

MY WORK

As a Lead of UX Design, my role in designing the digital ecosystem of Puy du Fou theme park involved understanding the needs and preferences of visitors and creating a seamless and enjoyable digital experience that enhances their visit to the park.

My work was mainly focused on the Application design, and one of the features I worked on was the "Create your own visit" feature, which allowed visitors to plan and customize their itinerary for the day. To design this feature, I conducted user testing to understand how visitors would interact with the feature and what their pain points and frustrations were. From this testing, I was able to create a user flow that was intuitive and easy to use.

Overall, my process as a UX designer and lead of digital experience involved a deep understanding of the user's needs and preferences, iterative testing and development, and close collaboration with the development team to ensure that the digital ecosystem worked seamlessly with other park features. The result was a digital experience that added value to the visitors' visit to the park and enhanced their overall experience.

Conceive the graphic vision and define the creative direction alongside my managers in order to reinforce the identity of the Puy du Fou brand and gain consistency throughout the park's digital ecosystem. This also allows visitors to travel through a common visual universe, increasing digital immersion.

VISUAL DESIGN

Create a complete tree structure of the user flow in his journey in order to define precisely what he is going to browse, what he is going to do at a given moment, and guide him through his digital journey so that he can live the best experience.

USER FLOW

Use of data via Contentsquare but also with Google Analytics in particular, and highlighting of different profiles and visitor paths on the park and on the digital ecosystem. This data allows us to improve the consideration of the needs, essential in the design of experience.
